To open and use an msia8 account, you must meet the following requirements:
Msia8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
Warning: msia8 takes underage gambling seriously. If we suspect a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending completion of age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the verification period will be withheld.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) msia8 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed, with balances either returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. msia8 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for keeping your msia8 account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. msia8 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for amounts below RM 10,000, and up to 24 hours for larger amounts. msia8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a security measure.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the msia8 finance team.
Funds in your msia8 account do not earn interest. msia8 does not operate as a financial institution, and balances held in your account are not protected by PIDM or any deposit insurance scheme.
All bonuses and promotions offered by msia8 – including the Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, weekly cashback, free spins, and festive promotions – are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Msia8 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematic low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements, and the use of automation software or bots. msia8 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close any account found to be involved in bonus abuse.
All bets accepted and confirmed by the msia8 system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation, except through the Cash Out feature where available within a specified window. Players are fully responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirming.
Official results recognised by the relevant sporting bodies — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, and others — will be used to determine bet outcomes. msia8 follows officially announced results, including any that are revised following official review or appeal.
If a match is cancelled before it begins or postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and funds returned to the player's account. For matches postponed by less than 48 hours, bets remain valid until the match is completed.
Msia8 strives to ensure the accuracy of all published odds. However, in cases where odds are clearly erroneous or contain a technical error, msia8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to players.
All live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) and slots available on the msia8 platform use software provided by licensed third-party suppliers. msia8 does not directly control the random number generators (RNG) of these games; however, all suppliers we work with have been verified and certified by independent regulatory bodies.

You may close your msia8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to the settlement of any pending bets or transactions.
